Guest Self Service Portal
Each group coordinator* will be invited to manage their booking via our online Guest Self Service Portal.
Our Portal provides a number of helpful functions including:
- Easy registration of your guests;
- Direct messaging with your group;
- Lodging of dietary requests;
- Rooming allocation;
- Access to a number of useful resources.
*The Portal is unfortunately not currently available to our school group coordinators due to issues with school privacy policies. Alternative systems are in place for our school coordinators.
